I was just wondering how you would answer this ethical question I found online,

If you were in a dental practice that was billing for procedures that were not actually performed, what would be the steps you would take?

I would leave the practice, and/or report the the misdoings. I was just asking since, I was wondering if there is a specific protocol that one is supposed to follow. What do you think though? I would like a different opinion too.
