Interview before LORs?

Since so many people are getting interviews already, I was wondering if schools wait for our letters of recs before inviting for the interviews. My application has been mailed a couple weeks ago, but my LORs weren't yet and im thinking if thats why im not getting interviews... 😕

Most schools won't even look at your app until it is complete, so yes, they will need your LOR's. That being said, there are a handful of people here that received interviews from Nova without their LOR's being in.

My LORs aren't in yet I'm pretty sure, but I think it depends on the school. I have two interview invites, and one school told me that the letters need to be in before the interview.
