The method in which you scheduled the interview with them is the same way you should cancel with them. Either way they won't be thrilled. They have to do more work and find an alternate to fill your spot.

Are you cancelling or rescheduling, if youre cancelling, who care its there problem, the same way they make us wait foran interview and are really on top of the application process, make them sweat a little. If you are rescheduling do it as quickly as possible.
