Hi,
I did an audition at a place that I really liked. I don't think their crazy about me but nonetheless they gave me an interview invitation (i'm guessing out of courtesy). No one ha confronted me about my low board scores or my COMLEX PE failure. However, the COMLEX PE failure is really odd thing to have.

I am going to be scheduled for a retake at the end of this month. My question is...should I schedule my interview after I get a passing score on my PE, or should I schedule it ASAP?

The times for interview are early november or early december? If I choose early november, they'll only see the failed PE , but if I choose early december, high likelihood, they can see the passing score.

Would appreciate any advice. This program is likely a reach since its in California and everything is competitive here. But I'm hoping they offered me an interview bc they thought I wasn't entirely worthless as an applicant.

If they're extending an interview despite the PE, just go for it--they already know you failed it. After you pass--you WILL pass, right?--call or email them and happily inform them of that as an excuse to remind them that you're still interested (because they'll find out anyway via ERAS eventually...)
