For those who already had interviews... what kinda of food was provided for the lunch after interview? share your experience.

Personally , I want some BBQ. well.
No PIZZA!!!! 😱 or HotDOG!
I also hate the generic dish with meat loaf , mashed potatoe and boiled veggies. 😱

all you really need is spam and manly ramen! Hehe.

at case they give you a $7 voucher to use and they took you to a food court that has a ton of stuff, burgers, salads, sandwiches, wraps, pizza, or you can but 7 bucks worth of candy bars and goto town on them

At University of Michigan they brought up a little buffet to the room we had our group interview at. They provided sandwich meat, salads, veggie trays, deserts etc. Your "interview" took place during lunch, so I just got a sandwich and a bottle of water.

University of Florida had chicken stuffed with vegetables and covered in cheese (i took the cheese off... what can i say, I have a degree in Nutrition) with brown rice. Pretty good

Ohhhh... I don't like eating while I'm interviewing. Something seems terribly wrong with that.

It was weird, but really low key. They had a faculty assigned to like 3-4 people, and during lunch that person would find you and take you off to a quiet corner to ask questions etc. I was paranoid that I was going to get food in my teeth so I waited until after my interview to eat. 😀
