I was wondering how the interview evaluations work. First the adcoms look over our app, and if they like us, they invite for an interview right? During the interview, does the same person interview all the students, or do they have multiple people doing it. How do they decide? For example if they have like 10 interviewers, each interviewing 4 students, for a total of 40 in that day, how do they make their decisions of who is going to get cut? I know no one here is part of the school's program, but I just wanted to know if you guys know or think about their decisions.

I talked to a guy from Case last Fall and if I remember correctly he told me that they have multiple interviewers and they just mark a box that says how much they would want you at the school then they all get together and say who they want from the people they interviewed and why. Then they decide from there.
