Interview follow up email

After completing an interview with a company, what is appropriate to mention in the follow up thank you email? I was planning on just thanking them for their time and express that I am very interesting in the company, especially after learning more about them during the interview... Anything else to include or specifically say??

reiterate why you are a strong candidate as well.

i googled interview thank you email and found a lot of great examples when i sent mine out. Should be 2-3 small paragraphs (3-5 sentences each)
