Interview invite without all letters in

hey just wondering if it is common for programs to send interview invitation without having all of your letters in. I already have two anesthesia letters uploaded but my two other medicine letters hasn't come yet but all four were assigned to programs i applied. So far I have only received one interview invite... i am very very worried. One of my letter writer is off to vacation until November 1. I am not sure what to do. 😕

i've been getting invites while having only 2 (non-anesthesia) letters on file, they look at the whole application, so i wouldnt worry. although, nov is pretty late; most programs would like to see a complete file before the scheduled interview. good luck!
