UNECOM and LECOM both send letters with dates on them. Be careful with the LECOM one, they have been giving rather short notice this year (I received mine six days before the interview date). Both sent interview invites about 4-6 weeks after receiving my secondary. Good luck!!
About the schools...LECOM and Western called me and left me messages on the phone. UNECOM, AZCOM, UHS, and Nova sent me letters.
I guess it all depends...
