The Dallas interviews took place the same day ours did in Houston, December 4th.

I was at the Dallas interview but did not get a recommendation. Does anybody know the chances of getting in after being on the waiting list??

Also, do yall have any ideas about what might have made you "stand out" possibly? I'm definitely going to re-apply again next year and give it another shot.

I have like a 3.6 GPA, I completed 30 viewing hours, but I dont graduate till May and will not be completing all my pre-reqs till next semester. If yall what wouldnt mind giving out the advice, what do you think helped you get the recommendation and what do you think that I can work on?

Got an interview letter from UT-HSC at San Antonio today! Anybody else hear?

I turned in my OT app in like December for Texas Tech. Has anyone heard anything back that turned in their stuff by the traditional date ? I already know that I did not get into the UTHSCSA and this is my third time applying. My gpa is kinda low compared to average its a 3.1 but I have like 1800 hours working as a OT tech at a rehab hospital here in SA and amazing letters of Rec from alumnis from all schools that still goes back to help lecture at the school. Any advice on where else to apply at this point?

How do you know you did not get into the UTHSCSA program did they already mail out after interviews? I am waiting to hear from them. As far as TECH goes everyone I have spoken to applied by the early deadline and has already heard back. I heard within 2 weeks of submitting my application. Have you applied to UTMB in galveston or UTPA in Edinburg?

While I may not have gotten invited to the TWU interview, I was relieved to get an invite for an interview at Belmont and thrilled to get accepted at Wash U! 🙂

this is my third time applying and i have alot of friends that goes there..so interviews are usually done during the first 2-3 weeks of Feb. so I know if I havent heard anything its a no go..and I also talked to the admission director and from the sound of it...I def did not get in..she talked about how competitive this year was..with alot of 4.0 so there is no way for me to compete with that....and yeah TECH..I applied to the traditional deadline of Jan 15. =/ I didnt apply to UTMB b/c they require a class that I couldnt squeeze in...that neuro science...it was either take that class..or cant graduate..or graduate and cant take that class....

yea. i interviewed at SA on jan. 29th. as far as UTMB goes I also had to schedule in physiological psych. and biomechanics in to my last semester. so instead of takin 14hours i am taking 20! but hoping it will pay off 🙂 not sure if TECH has started their second round of interviews, but good luck! they were really nice and the campus is awesome!

Hi, I am an applicant for Summer 2011 for Texas Tech University (MOT program). When do you think I should hear back from them? I called them last week but they said they have not yet given a time frame. Is it too late for an interview? I applied for the early acceptance about 2 weeks before the early acceptance deadline in October. I have already got an invitation for an Interview for TWU.

I interviewed with Texas Tech last October and was offered a spot about 2 weeks later, I believe there are more interviews in the spring...
