How do you prep? What resources do you use? I do not have an interview yet, but am now working on interview skills...figure put the work in and it'll pay off...if not this year then next...

I would suggest talking to people who recently got into Pharm School, people who were involved in a program's admission's committee, or new grad pharmacists. Ask them what questions did they find challenging or what they can suggest to you. It also doesn't hurt to talk to people who have been in interview panels before (not necessarily pharmacy school). Practice saying your answers out loud and then schedule a mock interview with someone where they ask you tough questions and be serious during the practice. Hopefully this helps.
