They ask questions mostly about customer service. For instance,
How would you deal with an angry patient. What are you going to do if you see someone steeling stuff or if you have a conflict with a coworker.
Basically, you have to say that you will avoid all the conflicts and be nice and friendly with rude people. As for steeling, you will tell the manager. Do not stress out yourself, just be friendly and positive. 🙂
