Interview Questions - Knowledge Based? Current Events?

With residency interviews coming up, I have a few Qs on question content. Do ophtho interviewers ever ask knowledge-based questions? Do I need to brush up on my ophtho knowledge before interview season?

I know current events are often interview topics (at least they were in my med school interview). Any idea which events might be used in interview questions? Are there any particular websites to help brush up on these topics?

I was asked on two interviews questions about the eye -- simple stuff though (Hollenhorsts plaque, CRVO, etc).

Was never asked about current events. Just questions about my application and about my hobbies.
