Wanted to ask what questions you all asked to your interviews during the end of your interview days....

I asked them 2 questions:

1. What do they feel is their schools greatest strength? (All said the faculty but KCOM was the only one to back up why)
2. Why did they decide to come to this school to teach?

Other questions I asked were:
Have their expectations about the school been met since they've been there
What is their schools greatest weekness?

Try to use this oppurtunity to allow them to not only sell the school to you but also gain valuable insight to the program from the faculties point of view.

1. Why should I choose your school over similarly qualified schools?
2. What do you have to offer that other schools don't?
3. Explain the one year when your school fell to number 83 for primary care in the U.S. News report?

HAHAHAHAHA-as close as I could come to the types of questions I've been asked!

1) Do the students work with or against each other..
2) How many of your students names do you know?
3) What area of the school could be most improved?

I wouldn't be afraid to ask questions but I'd be cautious in asking something that might put the interviewer on the defensive. The interviewer will be critical in the accept/reject decision.
