How would you answer these interivew question??

1. what are you trying to get out of dental school and how are you going to do about doing it??

All i think about was the clinical training, and patient service. anything else?

2.How do you handle stress? How do you handle a group project where one group member is not pulling their own weight?

Well... what DO you want out of dental school? Is it just about treating patients, or is there something more like wanting to teach, or research? Or do you want to go into policy? It all boils down to what you want to do as a dentist, and no one can answer that for you.

How to handle stress... it's different for everyone, and it depends on the problem. If I can do something to solve the problem, I'll do that. Like if there's an assignment due the following week that I'm stressing out about, I'll hammer out a plan, and get help if I need it, so that I can get the thing done by the deadline. If the problem is nothing I can really fix, I personally like to run and get all that energy out of me so I'll stop worry about it.

As for that last one... it depends. Sometimes, if it's a pretty small matter, I'll let stuff slide, but other times, I just have to talk to the person.
