I would argue that you're overthinking it. Read some interview tip threads on here, look up general interview etiquette if you're not too experienced with them, and research the schools well before you get there. From there, it's just effectively communicating who you are and why you're just as good in person as you were on paper. Interviews aren't as intense as many make them out to be in my opinion.
If you are still in school, go over to the attached business school at your university. The students there are groomed for interviews. The info you want is there. The info on this site is hit and miss.
The career center offered mock interviews at my university, definitely utilize that if possible. I also asked various doctors and dentists I knew to do mock interviews for me, which helped. Also the interview feedback page on SDN gives you somewhat of an idea of potential questions they may ask.

There is a book that I used and it really worked wonders for me. Had great insight into how the interview process works, and what you may be asked and how to answer the questions.
My guide goes into quite a bit of detail about the interview process. I also recommend that you join: Dental School Interview Bootcamp on Facebook: Dental School Interview Bootcamp
