They asked me. I said it was a timing issue, I didn't manage my time well and I was doing much better on my mocks. My advisor told me not to go to deep in regarding your faults. Answer the question simple and short and try to move on to more positive aspects of your application.

Once you become a student at Ross (and you will, if this is the route you want to take), you will realize how "innocent" and "funny" your question and concern here is....

Now if you were talking about St. George, then I would be a little concerned about the MCAT score....They actually look at the score and screen some students out (if the # of applicants is large enough).

Ross on the other hand will accept anyone who meets their minimum requirements....You see, you will learn that Ross is not really your "typical medical school", it is more of a "second chance opportunity to become a doctor":

Ross WILL accept you, but then YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN to study and prove to residency directors that you can become a doctor. This might not seem clear to you when you are in Dominica, but it will when you return to the US for your clinicals!

Please make sure that you know that...

Ross does not care if you become a doctor or not...it is all up to you, and how hard you are willing to work (on your own, with LITTLE/NO support) to become a doctor.

We Ross students often say that ROSS = Rely On Self Study.

Do not worry about the "interview", it is only a formality, SERIOUSLY.

Good Luck!
