Interview schedule after Christmas/New Year's

Does anyone have a general estimate of when schools start interviewing again after New Year's Day? Obviously, this varies from school to school. But, do schools generally open on January 2nd for interviews, or wait until the next week?

FWIW, my school isn't off of winter break until the week after the New Year, so we won't be starting interviews again until then.

Given that New Year is Wednesday, many schools will have people (adcom staff) taking a few extra vacation days and coming back on Jan 6. I wouldn't expect interviews on Jan 2-3.
