Hey guys,

So I have an interview coming up and I parsed through the interview clothing thread and didn't find a direct answer to my question. I just bought a Tahari dark brown pant suit like the one picture in this link:

I also got a blouse colored similar to the picture below:

Is the brown and turquoise too much? Should I get a cream colored blouse inside to wear instead since the suit is already colored? I'm getting worried that brown might not even work because it's not the standard black, charcoal, or navy. Oh, and is it absolutely essential to tuck the shirt in? The shirt is short so it doesn't peek out from beneath my suit in the back or anything and it looks more flattering untucked. Any help would be appreciated!

Actually that looks like a great combo. And as long as the bottom of the shirt doesn't peek-a-boo from under your jacket, it's perfectly fine to leave it untucked. Just beware that with a sleeveless shirt like that you may want to keep your jacket on the whole time and if you're interviewing and touring the campus somewhere hot, that may or may not work for you, otherwise the suit and the shirt are great and in fact a dark suit kind of needs a little color to keep it from looking gloomy and drab. Good luck!
