Has anyone received a supplemental application or scheduled an interview with the University of Iowa yet? I am a resident who received a confirmation email that they have my application, but have not heard from them since.

Same here. Resident (with a deferred admit) and I've only received an email saying they got my app

None on my end. I mean, I did get a letter from them congratulating me on my successful spring 2013 semester and they are excited to see me in the fall of 2014 - but that's related to my deferred admit and not the application cycle itself.

On the official Iowa thread I saw that as OOS student did get an interview offer - but I haven't even gotten supplementals!

Ok! I have deferred admit too, I just thought the interview invites would come sooner from Iowa. I hate waiting!! Have there been any people you know of who have had deferred admit who have not been formally accepted?

I actually received an interview offer from Iowa recently. If it's of any help, you only have access to the supplemental application after receiving notification of an interview offer.
