What is the earliest date that interview invitations usually go out?

I would recommend perusing through last years threads starting in about August or so to get a feel for it. There will be no shortage of "I got an Interview!" threads.

Case starts interviewing in early august. i think they are the earliest school. most schools start in sept or oct.
