So for most of us its been 4 years since we've interviewed for the next big thing.. how about a thread going through most common EM questions, how to approach answers, some questions you might ask of programs and how you might go about ranking programs for yourself?

And if this is posted somewhere already, please post a link to it so all of us can find it and I can stop posting duplicated stuff 🙂
