I never took microbiology but still got an interview invitation next week from this school which they require microbiology as one of their pre reqs. Does this mean they are going to require me to take one in spring semester if I get an offer? Im a post bacc and did not register for the spring semester. If anyone has had similar experience please advise.

On occasion a pre-req can be waived. But NEVER go into it thinking you'll be that exception. Pre-reqs are taken pretty seriously, for good reason. Acceptances have been rescinded due to failure to complete pre-reqs before school starts. Some want it done by summer. If the school starts later, you could also see if you can pull it off over summer.
Is it mico with lab? Try a CC or online if it's not with lab. There are even online ones with lab, but that's just a little silly. Virtual staining?

Yea its with the lab. I guess I could take it over the summer if I explain my situation. Online course would be the best senario but i doubt they will accept that. Thanks for the advice 🙂
