Interview without MSPE?

My school is waaayyy behind with our MSPE's. It may be a week before they are finished. I was wondering how PD's will view this. Do they just not offer interviews for those of us without MSPE's? I know it isn't good that they are not in, I just wanted to know exactly how bad this is...
