hey i was wondering if anyone got an interview invite to any schools before they even sent in the required recommendation letters to them?? if so, which schools were they? thanks...

Sorry, I just had to do it. But to be serious I have never heard of it. Although, I know 1 person who interviewed at UHS and received a call the next day. Another girl interviewed there on tuesday and got her letter, in the mail, on friday (even that she lives in Kansas City it was pretty fast).

am i missing something? i didnt see ne questions regarding call backs... he asked if ne one has received interviews pre-lor submission.

op -- i will jump out on a limb here and will interpret that "required letters of recommendation" to be a prereq. prior to having any interview granted.

oh yeah..is that true..because i had heard that LECOM was sending interview invites before the LOR requirement was met ..however they need the required letters before they make a decision whether to accept you or not? is that true? has anyone heard of anything like that..

My original question was if anyone got an interview from any school with their secondaries complete but some missing LOR's?

no that doesnt happen...u have 2 send in LOR's before your file will even be looked at by the committee

to get an interview your file has to be complete - meaning they need your LOR's and secondary application

but if does happen that u can get an interview the day after your file is complete😀

A friend of mine was granted an interview at Wright State University (MD school) before her letters of recommendation were in. They did tell her that no decision would be made until she had her letters turned in however.
