So I have an interview coming up and this style of interview is something new to me and I am hoping to get some advice. So one part of the interview is a personal interview that lasts 15 minutes which I am somewhat prepared for. The second part of the interview consists of a clincal scenario with role play. And lastly the third part is a group based intervention plan. The second and third part are the places that I am looking to get some advice on what I can expect and some tips on how to excel. Any information or advice would be helpful. Thank you

I haven't had experience with either of those 2 types of interviews. However, I'm a current OT student and can promise you that they're not expecting you to have any clinical knowledge going into the interviews. For the intervention stuff, try to tie whatever you're proposing to do into something that's meaningful to the client. Typically when schools do group activities for interviews, they want to assess your ability to work in a team situation. Just make sure that you contribute some ideas, affirm other people's ideas, and don't overpower the group.
