I have been mural painting and woodworking for a long time now...I was wondering if anyone thinks I should bring some pictures of the projects I have done with me to my interview? Thanks

I wouldn't think so. But if you really want to, then go for it.

At the interviews I have been to, It would really be awkward because it was so laid back.

If they can fit in your portfolio or the notebook youre going to bring to the interview then it couldn't possibly hurt. Just don't be too desparate to bust it out. Mention it, and if they ask to see it, then show them.

i could see how in some interviews it might be a good thing. i like to draw and paint when i can and sometimes it comes up and people ask me about it. i wouldn't whip out any pictures just to show off, but if you have a folder or something that you carry with you then take it in that in case they wanna see it (unless the murals are ugly and might get a poor reception)
