It really depends on the school but the ADEA can provide you with numbers. e.g. UMDNJ accepts around 70% of all instaters that they interview, Buffalo accepts around 50% of all out-staters they interview, ASDOH accepts only around 20% they interview, and such.
PS: I was glancing through a slightly older ADEA official guide. Check the most recent edition for more faithful stats.
