It is wonderful to have been given the opportunity to interview; that someone, after all of the work necessary to get to this point thought, "This person could make a good doctor, let's meet them and see what they are really like." I am grateful that I have made it this far (three interviews down, one to go so far). What is scary is worrying if you did well enough at the interview.
Obviously, being yourself, being honest, and such is really the only way to go, but you always replay the questions, answers, and impression you may have made. Could I have done better? Should I have kept my clothes on? Was my yodeling ok?
No real point to this post, I guess; I am waiting for the decision from my number one school (really, they end up all being number one if its a choice of going at all) and it is magical that I may finally actually be realizing a lifelong dream of becoming a physician!, while simultaneously it is terrifying that it just might not happen after all...
Oh well! The waiting is the hardest part! Good luck to everyone! 🙂
