Interviews without MCAT Scores?

I take my MCAT tomorrow, so my scores won't come out until August 6th, and my premed committee is sending in my letter some time in July, maybe early August. Is it worth it for me to fill out my secondaries ASAP or does it not really matter sense my scores and letter won't be there until later?
I've already started receiving secondaries sense I'm verified already, but is it worth it to rush to fill them out after my MCAT tomorrow?

Is it possible that I could get an interview invite before my MCAT score and letter arrive at the schools?
