Over the next 30 days i Have interviews at ICO, Indiana, NOVA and Ohio. Does anyone have any advice for each place? Or even if I should even bother going to all of them? (dont want to waste money on flights).

Im leaning towards ICO but I could easily be swayed.

Thanks

I interviewed and was accepted at OSU and Nova and I will be attending OSU. I think OSU has a great program. I have been around it for several years because our preoptometry club met there and had many speakers from the optometry school. The interview at OSU was a little more stressful than the one at Nova, so prepare to answer some common interview questions about strengths weaknesses and challenges you've gone through. Both of the interviews were relaxed, but the Nova interview only lasted about 20 minutes. I think the OSU interview was closer to 45. The biggest advice I can give is try not to be too nervous. I was super nervous for my first interview but at both schools there is an admissions rep who facilitates the whole day and they were both very nice and helped ease my nerves before I actually interviewed.
It will be really expensive to go to all of them, so if you know for sure your top pick you may want to only go to 2 or 3, but the best place to decide where you really want to go is to attend the interview. I felt more like they were trying to impress me than that I was trying to impress them. Good luck and keep us updated!
