Anyone have any idea how long it takes between the time that they recieve the application from aadsas to when they grant interviews? AADSAS will send it out within the next 2 weeks (because it has been 4 weeks already) and I was wondering if I will be involved in the first round of interviews.

It depends...
Some schools look at the applications as they come in. Others look at them in groups.

Also, some schools interview pretty early. Some start in early September others start later.

I suggest that you either call or e-mail an advisor and ask them.
(Of course, I wouldn't be too concerned about getting an interview first round with your DAT scores. I'm pretty sure you'll get in regardless of your interview date.)
