Submitted Eras at 345am on Sept 2nd.... just have my CAF and PS and USMLE scores sent... Letters are still pending. no interviews yet 🙁
Is this usually the case? Should I expect to be without any interviews until I have my LORS submitted? How complete are the apps of you folks who already have started to get interviews?

I've only gotten one so far, but my application isn't complete either. I'm still missing one LOR, my transcripts, and my Dean's Letter.

From what I hear, it really won't start kicking into gear until the beginning of next month or so.

You probably won't get any interviews until late October or early November.

I think my first interview offer came around October 20th, and I was making interview appointments right up through January. Don't worry. "If you send it, they will come!"

So I scheduled an extra audition rotation at this place, wish I hadn't now as it will be during the interview season, and I am just kind of done with the audition thing. Are places cool about letting you go to your interviews?

You can probably squeeze in a couple interviews. most of them aren't til december, but if you have them scheduled during your audition go ahead and tell whoever is scheduling ASAP.

Bulk of my offers came in Oct with only one in Sept. I think they do like to see some SLORs before sending out too many invites. Definitely don't have to have all of your letters in though.
