THIS IS NOT A MEDICAL ADVICE, JUST A FRIENDLY DISCUSSION

But if you really think that your intramuscular lipoma could be an atypical lipomatous tumor (well diff liposarc usually occurs in the retro, unless by intramuscular you meant within a muscle of the retro), then you could always throw in an MDM2/CDK4 IHC before jumping on the molecular.
