Anyone heard of this being used to tx social anxiety disorder? Anyone have experience with it or aware of any actual evidence to support its use?

unfortunately it doesn't work for social anxiety disorder. I wouldn't expect it to help alone, but the studies show it doesn't work, doesn't enhance CBT/exposure, and my own personal experience with patients is that thus far it doesn't work (or else we don't know how to use it).

Side note one of the few effective uses I know is for some breastfeeding women to help with the letdown reflex. But that isn't psych related. Jus sayin

I had a patient come to me on it for social anxiety disorder. Didn't work for her.
