Has anyone taken the Intro to Clincal Diagnosis NBME Shelf? We are taking it later this semester after the ICM course, what is the best way to prepare for this exam? Are there any review books out there?

I thought pretest physical diagnosis was pretty representative. Many of the questions will be obvious and then there will be those that you think WTF.
