Intro To Neuroradio Book?

What do you recommend for a 4th year who is going into neuro that wants a good book to learn neuroradio? I have a very hard time with the anatomy so I would like something that gives a good background of neuroanatomy on radiographs. Lots of arrows and labels. I'm going to be doing a neuroradio elective soon.

Also are there any good free or for a fee websites to learn neuroradio.

If you have trouble with the anatomy then you'll have trouble with the radiology.

Get a good neuroanatomy book or atlas and start there. I recommend Duane Haines's latest atlas.
