I would say with a lower gpa you might consider retaking the mcat again and get over a twenty to show you can do it with study and effort. Perhaps you could get into Ohio or something but a better mcat would help. You probably can't help the gpa much now but you can improve the mcat. Good luck with whatever you decide.
 
Well, seeing how both your science and overall GPA is lower than the average for all the schools in which you'll be applying to, in addition to your MCAT being lower than the averages also, I would HIGHLY recommend that you retake the MCAT if you want a decent shot at getting into a school.
