I got an acceptance at University of Iowa MSTP program.
Their acceptance letter said that they want to know if I am going to go there by March 1st. Then I received something from the medical school requiring me to give them a check of $50 to hold me a spot in the class by March 1st.
I thought the deadline was May 15th. Does anyone know anything about this? Please enlighten me!

the deposit you send [50] is for the medical school class - and they can ask for it. however, this is not a decision, and they will issue you a refund if you withdraw prior to may15th.

i suggest you send it in if you are seriously interesteed in the school. congrats

How was the interview weekend?
I interview at the end of the month and I will be coming straight from another interview. Any tips would be great!
