iris coloboma associated with retinitis pigmentosa

Hi All,

I have a patient (sex: Woman, Age 57) with iris coloboma and chorioretinis and retinitis pigmentosa, myopia fortes (-17D) and she has not any other systemic disease. Can you please tell me if there is any syndrome associate with these? There is no any other member of the family who have these kind of disease.

I would appreciate any help from your side. Let me know if you need any other information. I can send you also pictures with patient eye.
