Is a week enough time to prepare for interviews?

As someone who gets nervous when presenting in school, I was planning on spending around a month to write up answers to many possible interview questions, memorize it, and rehearse it to family/friends.

I got an II that I could schedule to be in 7 days or around Thanksgiving.

Would I have a better chance of getting accepted being underprepared and interviewing now or wait till november?

Taking months to prepare is excessive. If your answers sound rehearsed, that wouldn’t be good for you.

Don’t memorize and rehearse your answers.

Just answer questions honestly to your friend and family. If you find that your answers are lacking in morality or depth, educate yourself and actually develop the ideal opinions/characteristics that you are hoping to exemplify.
