Is August Late?

DAT will be done July 23rd. My transcripts will be mailed out tomorrow. So I'm assuming I'll be "complete" by the 3rd week of august at the latest. Is this considered late and will it hinder my application?

Don't worry about it. You're fine. Even if it was late, there's nothing else you could do about it.
