I submitted on 7/14, and it still says "Ready for Review"
im starting to get concerned this is 3 weeks now
of all you guys who submitted 7/14-7/15, how many of you are "under review"?
how long does it take once "under review" to get verified?

at this time of year, yes, it's normal.

check out the thread linked above.

i come from an important family - any chance i can make a few phone calls or something?

I never saw mine change to under review, but it was eventually processed. 3 weeks.

You can definitely call them...just tell them that there's fine print exempting you and others from important families from waiting the 4-6 weeks that AMCAS has stated verification process will take.

You know, in all fairness if the Obama girls were old enough that they applied to medical school while their dad was still president - this would probably work. But if you're not the presidents daughter or son....just no 🙂
