IS Calculus 2 required for Bio major.

Just want to make sure whether i have to take calc 2 or not. People have telling me that i have to take calc 2 in order to get my degree and go to med school. Just want other people's opinion on this topic. Should I take calc 2 or Is calc 1 is good to go?😕

I am unsure about your school, you would need to check the requirements for the BA/BS degree. As for medical school, only a few require it like Harvard Medical School and John Hopkins.

Usually, most bio degrees will fall in line with what med schools require- that is one semester of math- statistics or calc. As Projectx suggested its very dependent on your degree and your school, but most likely a year of math may be unnecessary.

Calc II is needed at my school to....if you can do well in it then I would take it because its a good class that med schools like to see for some reason

I too liked it...I liked it better than Calc 1
