Does ERAS only operate during normal business hours? For some reason, I haven't been able to select and pay for programs...? Should I just wait till tomorrow AM?

It's not down but it's been crazy slow since about 5pm... looks like everyone is getting home from their electives and rushing the site all at once. I would probably try later during non-peak hours (late night/early morning).
