Figure out what went wrong and address any underlying issues before going further. One mediocre grade will not sink an application, but a string of bad grades may require GPA repair and will make this journey much tougher..

No, but stressing over individual grades is very bad for a pre-med.

You could have failed the course and still get into med school.

Hi, B in intro bio here (I was a bio major): I'm of the mindset that you can't really do anything freshman or sophomore year that you can't learn and come back from somehow. I've only had one interviewer mention it, and it was really just a casual joke/comment.

General rule, higher your GPA the better.
Don't sweat it, I had 2 C's on my transcript thanks to high school credits.
Still worked out great.
