OP, I'm pretty sure AMCAS just uses the floor function when calculating your GPA. So a 3.99 would turn into a 3.0 on AMCAS. Yeah, it's a pretty unforgiving system. Pretty much gotta get a 4.0 to be safe.
Or at this point take 6 classes to get it to move 0.001.
