For an MBA - GMAT is a must. GRE is for masters programs in graduate schools.

GMAT and work experience are required for getting into MBA programs. However, a few MBA programs that are not ranked that high by US News or Businessweek do take students without work experience provided the GMAT scores are reasonably high. Average GMAT scores range for mid-range MBA programs tend to range anywhere between 540 to 700.
