Boomer attendings spend more time defending their precious forum from people they disagree with than they do defending their profession from NPs. Imagine having to close a fun thread because it's the only area you still have control over after losing influence over the public and lawmakers to the more powerful NPs.

I thought your post was hilarious, and ingenious really. Too bad the boomers have sold out our profession and can’t handle criticism.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that I bet there are fewer than a dozen baby boomer attendings active on this board, and none of them are mods.

The oldest mod that I'm aware of is not quite 50 which falls short of being a baby boomer.

What the heck are you talking about?

Trust me, this is nothing compared to what's going on over at /r/medicine right now. Any thread about midlevel takeover is deleted faster than you can say "provider". I think the mods are doing a good job here tbh.

I would also say that they aren't the enemies here. The enemies are any and everyone getting in the way of good patient care. I'm sure you understand what I mean by that.
