I asked someone to write my LoR and he said he would be more than happy to read over it and sign it after I wrote it. I was just wondering if this was breaking any rules?

Edit: Sorry for the spelling error in the title...

Try to use the Search function. This topic has been brought up so many times. But to summarize past responses: No it's not against the "rules". This is actually pretty common. As long as the person signing the letter has read it in its entirety and willingly signs his/her name, then it's fine.
